Women shocked by sister’s itemized bill – 50 cents per toilet – for childcare: ‘You’re in trouble!’

When Jessica dropped off her young daughter, Victoria, at her sister’s house for the afternoon, she expected everything to go well.

Jessica had to work over the weekend, so she asked her sister – who has three children of her own – if she could watch her daughter while she was away.

But, as reported by baby potwhen she picked her up from her sister’s house, she didn’t expect to get a big bill for everything her daughter did — and touched — over the weekend.

“How funny is this girl?”

Jessica took to TikTok to share the text messages she exchanged with her sister, which soon erupted into a full-blown fight.

“Here’s a rundown of everything Victoria used in my house,” her sister’s text message began.

Jessica’s sister gave her a very detailed bill after seeing her daughter over the weekend? TikTok

“Times are getting tough and I think it’s only fair that we pay for the things she used when she was here.”

Attached to the text was a bill for Jessica to pay, complete with a breakdown of every single fee she expected her sister to reimburse.

Some were more than fair – especially when you consider that some are making it tough financially. Victoria apparently wet the bed, which Jessica’s sister charged her $10 to help clean.

The sister also took her children and Victoria to an Italian restaurant, charging Jessica $17 for the meal.

The reasonable accusations ended there.

Three glasses of apple juice would have cost Jessica $3, and she was charged $1.25 for “the ink used in the drawing,” $3 for the three bags of chips Victoria ate, and $7 for “using of electricity to play video games”.

Even one cup of milk would set Jessica back $1, which, frankly, would cover the cost of an entire carton.

Other charges included 50 cents for flushing the toilet, which Victoria reportedly did five times, and another 50 cents for each time she washed her hands.

Jessica’s sister said Victoria also wanted to go to the park, so she charged her $3.75 for gas to get there, $4.50 to watch Netflix and $10 to use the Wi-Fi at iPad.

“Please pay $72 by APRIL 30, 2024 to avoid interest,” reads the bottom of the text.

A furious Jessica took to TikTok to air her grievances with the rest of the world.

In response to the bill, all she could reply was, “You’re in trouble! How can I reject this BS (bullsh*t)?â€

“How funny is this girl?” she said in the video.

“Like, she flushed the toilet five times, $10 for Wi-Fi, $4.50 for Netflix, a bag of chips, like really? Really? How funny is that? Do you know?

Jessica’s sister replied to her message, however, arguing that the bill was perfectly reasonable.

“If she had taken my niece to daycare they would have charged her at least $150 just to see her,” Jessica’s sister said in a text shared in another video.

“I have enough on my plate, you know I have a lot of people living here, so her coming here was an extra mouth to feed.

Jessica’s sister complained that Victoria was “an extra person breathing in my house. Taking away from my children.

“It definitely caused so much freaking stress that you don’t even know,” she wrote.

“I was mentally exhausted, it was so stressful having so many kids here. I just can’t deal with it

“Time for a New Sister”.

People were torn by both videos, with some arguing it was “ridiculous” to pay so much for the care of a member of your family.

“I’m on your side!! Who pays for a favor?” someone asked.

“Honestly, if it were me, my children would never go back there,” wrote another.

“I watch my sister’s kids for free, and they eat all my food and make a mess, but I love them like they were my own, so I never thought about asking for money,” said a third.

“That’s wild!” commented another. “Girl, time for a new sister.”

But some didn’t think her accusations were too extreme.

“I take (the accusations about) the bed neighborhood and Olive Garden the rest is absolutely insane,” read one comment.

“The only fares worth it are the Olive Garden meal and the bedwetting,” agreed another.

“Everything else is wild.”
